We grow organic german chamomile at our apiary, the bees love it. We collect and dry the flowers in small batches, then infuse our honey with the dried flowers. The result is a delightful honey with moderates notes of chamomile that pairs wonderfully with our medium amber local flora honey. We present this as a creamed honey that has a silky smooth texture and spreads like butter.
