Honey is removed by centrifugal force. Basically, spinning like a washing machine. No heat or processing. The product is pure raw cold-extracted honey.

Raw cold-extracted honey has a better flavour and retains all its health benefits and the leftover honey goes back to the bees. Why do it any other way?!
